You do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to use this billing system.
After you have completed the CHECKOUT process, you will receive an Email
receipt confirming your order.
TO SHIP TO A THIRD PARTY: process your order in a normal way,
then email us with the SHIP TO address.
We will receive notification of payment on your order, then check our email
for your instructions.
And, yes, we
can ship to Post Office Box addresses. Since we use the
US Postal System, we can do that. UPS/FED EX and others cannot.
